really enjoyed my stay
food range spa team
my stay included breakfast everyday. it had a huge variety of food on the menu. the cave bar, i found it cool and the servers were nice. the spa team were especially lovely and attentive to my needs.

The hotel has a strategic spot near various establishments. i noticed a bus stop nearby. It's conveniently located for public transportation. the area felt accessible to different local attractions too. there were shops and restaurants within walking distance.

friendly staff cool bar warm pool limited choice small balcony appalling smell
the staff was very friendly! the cave bar was especially cool. i liked how warm the indoor pool was, too. the room was clean and tidy!
The breakfast options felt a little limited. it would have been good to have more choice. i noticed the balconies were quite small. It's a shame. i didn't store food in the cupboard. it smelled appalling.

helpful staff amazing view clean room
the location was very accessible with shops and restaurants nearby. i found the staff friendly and helpful during my entire stay. the studio i stayed in had an amazing view. the room was very clean upon arrival.
i found the parking spaces to be quite tight , made maneuvering a bit difficult.

the apartment was spacious and nicely equipped. the beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. the cleanliness of the room was good, contributing positively to my overall experience.

inconsistent experience at this facility
moldy smell disruptive noise
the staff members at reception were acceptable. they were mostly efficient during check-in.
The bathroom lacked proper ventilation. A moldy smell was noticeable. hot water was unavailable after 8 pm, and cigarette smells permeated the bedroom via the ventilation system. traffic noise disrupted sleep.
