Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service
helpful team great food easy access nice pool
The reception team greeted me well and were helpful. I was impressed by the great food and excellent chef service. I found it a nice place for relaxation with an easy access to town by bus! The swimming pool and sauna were very enjoyable additions.
The gym was a bit small.

Breakfast had a big variety of foods. Dinner also provided different food themes every evening. The quality was consistent and plentiful, with chefs readily available to serve and explain the dishes, contributing to a smooth experience.

mixed feelings about the stay
nice view bus stop poor customer service tap water
the location has a nice view. the bus stop is near the hotel..
there was poor customer service . i asked for a jug of tap water, and the waiter said i would need to pay for it. i was told tap water should be free..

friendly staff helpful staff clean room excellent service
The staff was friendly and very helpful. I appreciated the service from Nenad and Junice (they provided great tips). Biljana checked that everything was satisfactory. Kushal kept the room very clean.
The room's AC was set to heat only.

The room included a spacious layout. I noticed it was kept very clean. It had good amenities. The hotel provided comfortable accommodation for a pleasant stay.

There were two outdoor pools available. The pools offered lovely views of the bay. A gym, an indoor pool and a spa provided additional recreational options. Parking was plentiful and readily accessible to all guests.

Breakfast offered an elaborate menu (i especially liked the egg choices). The buffet restaurant provided excellent food quality. The hotel offered themed dinner nights. There were local wines available at the restaurant.

The hotel is near Gozo and Comino islands. The location is close to a bus stop. I found it easy to travel to other parts of the island. The hotel is situated in Marfa Bay.
