inadequate lighting broken toaster
the room's lighting proved inadequate, hindering even basic tasks such as reading. only one chair was available in a double room meant for two guests. this lack of seating was inconvenient. the breakfast area's small size contributed to overcrowding. furthermore, the toaster was broken and remained unfixed throughout my six-day stay.

Excellent stay, highly recommend!
local dishes helpful staff rooftop view
The breakfast had many choices, including local specialties. The staff was helpful and efficient, promptly addressing my requests. I found the rooftop view AMAZING!!! I could see many landmarks. I enjoyed the convenient location for seeing the main historic sites.
I noticed that the hotel car could not drive directly to the door. I had to carry luggage up a steep area.

The rooftop pool offered a nice space with city views. I saw the breakfast buffet in the rooftop restaurant. The restaurant included a good variety of options.

The staff members were cute and provided helpful information. Susannah and Shivam were particularly supportive. They offered assistance with travel and hotel details.

The hotel is in a central location, close to main tourist spots. I found that walking to various places was easy. I could easily access different historic sites.

Really good stay
helpful staff huge selection excellent hospitality
The staff was helpful. I especially commend Aleksandar from reception. He provided excellent hospitality with kindness and excellent communication skills. The breakfast had a huge selection (i loved the pastries!).
The street noise was noticeable some nights.

The hotel is near many bars, cafes, and restaurants. Its central location provided great access around the city for exploring. Everything i needed was round the corner (very convenient!).

My room was well-appointed and spacious. The air conditioning worked very well and kept the room cool. The shower was excellent and included nice toiletries (nice touch!).
