Capsule Comfort, Cleanliness Appreciated, but Noise Is a Problem
The cleanliness was commendable and amenities covered basic needs. They even have a massage chair.
Noise became a huge issue starting at 5 a.m.. I heard people slamming capsule doors, someone humming in the kitchen, a phone vibrating above my capsule, and abandoned underwear in the bathroom. It really reminded me of a party. I think the pods need soundproofing, seriously.

convenient location temperature control limited shower unstaffed place
the location was very convenient near public transport. it made getting around quite easy (i mostly used the tube). the capsule itself had good temperature control, a feature i valued highly .
the shared shower facility felt inadequate. it was just one shower for all guests. the lack of staff on-site might be challenging for some guests needing immediate assistance, though i received responses via messaging.

cozy capsule getaway
amazing location essential appliance cozy touch
The location was amazing. i found it so easy to explore nearby areas, it was quite central. the shared kitchen had all the essential appliances, i could easily prepare simple meals. i especially liked the availability of slippers. It added a cozy touch.
the soundproofing was an issue. every little noise from other guests seemed amplified within the capsule and i found it difficult to sleep soundly.

Check-in was straightforward. The ventilation in the pods worked well, although quieter fans would be beneficial. I found ample desk space and power outlets available.

surprisingly roomy pods!
great facilities great location ample room
I stayed in a pod. it had all the amenities i needed. they are surprisingly large for what you expect. I am almost 6'5 and had plenty of room. the facilities were great, and the location was also great.
the pods can be quite noisy. you hear every time one of the other guests gets in or out of theirs because it is very creaky. extra pillows would have been very helpful for my bad back!

The location is fantastic, close to several tube stations. I stored luggage in a requested larger locker. The pod has a towel, ear plugs, toothbrush and paste, earphones, and bottled water.
The bed was hard.
