convenient city stay
convenient location helpful directions manageable walk fresh room
i found the location very convenient it was near the train station it was also a manageable walk to central attractions the staff provided helpful directions and suggestions i also appreciated the cleanliness of my room it felt fresh and well-kept. the room had a kettle and tea coffee were provided. i was able to dry my clothes on the heater as it was rainy.
the room was a bit more dated than i gathered from the photos i saw beforehand.

breakfast included a selection of pastries cereal and fruit the coffee machine offered various options it was easy to grab a quick bite before exploring the city each morning the dining area was clean. it was a convenient start to the day.

the hotel provides luggage storage after checkout this was helpful as my train departed later in the day i was able to leave my bags securely and explore a bit more without any burden the reception area offered comfortable seating.

the staff was very helpful with local recommendations i received directions to nearby restaurants and attractions i found the team spoke fluent english and provided maps i also appreciated their swift response to my inquiries each interaction felt personalized.

fantastic tuscan adventure!
helpful staff quick check-in excellent location
amy was super helpful even before i arrived. she gave great info and got us a wonderful room. check-in was fast and smooth. the location is excellent (it is a gem). it is only a quick walk to the train and tram.
the ac was not very powerful when i first arrived.

the hotel offers luggage storage for early arrivals or late departures (a real plus). staff members are fluent in english. they are ready to help with extra requests like additional hangers.

Our room was big with lots of space to store luggage. the bathroom was great. It featured a killer shower and really effective air conditioning. i loved how clean and cozy it was with a nice view.

Excellent Stay Near City Center
convenient refrigerator short walk excellent english
The room had a refrigerator, a feature I found very convenient. The hotel is located a short walk from the Central Train Station (about 10-12 minutes). I appreciated that the staff spoke excellent English and were able to provide extra hangers.
The room was a bit smaller than I expected.

The hotel provides functional air conditioning. There is an elevator for easy access to all floors. I found a writing desk in the room, a nice addition.

The breakfast room is cozy (very rustic!). The hotel offers a sufficient breakfast for seven euros. It provided a good start to the day.

Staff members recommended local restaurants and transport routes around the city. They were also helpful with luggage storage, allowing me to leave my bags early. The service was responsive and attentive.

small room poor cleanliness
The room was smaller than I expected (I booked a Double or Twin Room). It was difficult to manage luggage for two people. I found some hair on the bed when I arrived. I think the cleanliness could improve, given the price I paid.
