fantastic tuscan adventure!
helpful staffquick check-inexcellent location
amy was super helpful even before i arrived. she gave great info and got us a wonderful room. check-in was fast and smooth. the location is excellent (it is a gem). it is only a quick walk to the train and tram.
the ac was not very powerful when i first arrived.

the hotel offers luggage storage for early arrivals or late departures (a real plus). staff members are fluent in english. they are ready to help with extra requests like additional hangers.

Our room was big with lots of space to store luggage. the bathroom was great. It featured a killer shower and really effective air conditioning. i loved how clean and cozy it was with a nice view.

The room had a refrigerator, a feature I found very convenient. The hotel is located a short walk from the Central Train Station (about 10-12 minutes). I appreciated that the staff spoke excellent English and were able to provide extra hangers.
The room was a bit smaller than I expected.

The breakfast room is cozy (very rustic!). The hotel offers a sufficient breakfast for seven euros. It provided a good start to the day.

Staff members recommended local restaurants and transport routes around the city. They were also helpful with luggage storage, allowing me to leave my bags early. The service was responsive and attentive.

The room was smaller than I expected (I booked a Double or Twin Room). It was difficult to manage luggage for two people. I found some hair on the bed when I arrived. I think the cleanliness could improve, given the price I paid.
