wonderful stay
helpful staff efficient parking fantastic decor
i found the staff helpful. valet parking worked efficiently for me. the hotel's decor impressed me with its fantastic detail i found the location quiet despite being in the city center.
the front approach to the hotel was blocked on my arrival day. the hotel did not inform me about alternative routes. navigating on foot took me nearly two hours.

the hotel is located in a very central area of the city. despite its central location, it maintains a very quiet atmosphere. this makes it convenient and peaceful at the same time.

the breakfast service was excellent i found the food to be of very high quality. the staff was very attentive making my mornings good. i also enjoyed the dinner service.

gym access policy breakfast charges
the gym access policy is unacceptable they limited the use to one hour i was then told to pay 37.5 euro to continue that is not a 5 star experience the air conditioning in the room did not work well breakfast seemed lacking since my last stay there were extra charges for special egg requests
