The breakfast options were amazing and extensive. it was so cool that the hotel arranged a driver, vu, to take me to the airport. the pool area had such a beautiful vibe, i found it so relaxing after exploring.
My room was a little noisy. i could hear hallway voices. It wasn't too bad, but i prefer complete quiet.

the staff greeted me with kind smiles and efficient assistance. i felt very supported and welcomed during my entire stay. every interaction was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast buffet offered many options, including an egg station. Suong prepared eggs fresh every morning. Cleaners Danh and other lifeguards were amazing and very professional. The hotel offers a very nice swimming pool suitable for unwinding.
The gym's opening hours could be longer.

The free bikes were a nice touch, especially for a quick ride to the beach.
The noise level was a major issue. Starting around 6am, loud noises from other guests and the pool area made it difficult to relax. The pool staff also played VERY loud music, which could be heard from our room. It was TOO much!!!
