The location was very convenient (easy to get around). The room was beautiful and clean. I also appreciated the breakfast, it had a great spread.
The restaurant facing outside seemed a bit unclean. The staff's command of english was poor. The river view was nice, but at a lower level.

breakfast had many options and tasted fine.
I was really annoyed the spa prices listed didn't include tax. i also found the bathroom lighting inadequate for applying makeup. The single overhead light cast shadows. plus the shower temperature fluctuated a lot. It went from hot to cold unexpectedly, not fun.

the room overlooked a river, a feature i found pleasing. breakfast offered much variety and tasted great. a compact pool is on site and looked clean. the hotel's proximity to key attractions coupled with its distance from the bustling area was very convenient. i found cherry, kate and kayle gave a great service.
i encountered slight language barrier, the staff's english was limited..

the breakfast area seats approximately 40 guests and includes a buffet section. i noticed fresh fruit options, including dragon fruit and mango. there were multiple egg dishes and local noodle soups daily.

the hotel is within a 10-minute walk of the central market and several tailors. i saw at least five restaurants within a two-block radius. it is a brief walk to the ancient town.
