i found the staff attentive and polite. the hotel's location on a quieter street was a plus. a market is right across the street. several restaurants are within blocks.
The room did not have complimentary water. I'd suggest bringing your own.

the front desk provided scissors and extra towels without hesitation. a late checkout at 1 pm was a HUGE win. the gym impressed me and had useful equipment. i found many places to sit in the lobby and on the lower level.
My room faced the street. It was rather noisy with constant city sounds.

The room looked fresh and modern. Housekeeping was thorough daily. a tv allowed me to log into my own netflix account. a coffee machine doubles as a kettle. there was also a fridge and complimentary shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner.

The hotel's proximity to the Peloton studio was convenient. It was only a three-minute walk. This made it EASY to attend my class. I found the hotel to be beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The staff members were very nice and accommodating.
My arrival was marred by an issue regarding payment. THEY asked me to pay the hotel bill, but I had already paid it months prior. I waited for confirmation and got no apology after the mistake was acknowledged. I was then asked to pay a deposit not previously requested.

the gym WAS nice.
I couldn't pay with my mobile phone. This hotel chain HAS no tap to pay. i felt treated like a criminal when my hotel cards stopped functioning. bed sheets WEREN'T replaced even though they were obviously dirty.

i liked that the location was perfect. the front desk staff were very attentive and kind. we stayed in a corner suite, a very spacious room with nice views.
The tv in the room would only play for about 10 minutes. Then the picture would go out, and a 'no signal' screen was.

the staff were friendly, courteous, and professional. housekeeping did a wonderful job, and the front desk was very happy to help us with any questions we had. they were very fast to provide turndown service.
