the location was excellent near the world trade center museum (very handy!). the rooms were clean. i also really appreciated the water bottle stations available on every floor.
My room smelled a bit off. It reminded me of sewage. the front desk staff didn't seem very engaged or interested in helping. the rooms felt somewhat outdated to me.

I totally loved the coffee machine and water bottle stations. free refills were a great perk! my room had a nespresso machine. That was a nice touch. the staff stored my luggage after checkout. This helped a lot.
i could hear noises in the lobby throughout the day.

This hotel sits near the 9/11 memorial. many subway lines are really close. oculus mall and other shops are within walking distance. It is so convenient. you can easily get around the area.

Fantastic Stay with Nice Views

The coffee and tea facilities in the lobby include takeaway cups. It was very convenient as was a complimentary machine with bottles provided for water. I found the room very cosy and more large than other place I stayed in. The skyline outside was a plus, it was fine with the One World Tower.
My room smelled a little like sewage, and it was musky and dimly lit. The window overlooked some equipment, and it let very little light in. I asked about moving but they were sold out, and the front desk person did not care.

the location was very convenient. several subway stations are nearby. important landmarks like wall street and the 9/11 memorial are also close. the room included a useful minifridge.
i had some issues with the front desk staff (it felt personal). one staff member was rude. i mistakenly used two washing machines and was reprimanded for this. there was a lack of communication.
