Acceptable, but with a few drawbacks

The location worked fine. Everything was nearby.
The room cleaning seemed inconsistent. One day, they replaced the water bottles. The next, they didn't. The bed also felt firmer than expected. My back felt it each morning.

the location were amazing, and i found i could walk to many place i wanted to explore. the room, a double room private external bathroom, was clean and the bed linen felt really nice. the hosts were friendly and gave me helpful tip , they make it easy.
the alley leading to the entrance did not feel very safe, especially arriving late at night. there were no lift, so carrying luggage up the stairs was difficult. the room didn't had a shower, and this cause inconveniences.
