decent stay overall
good location friendly staff clean room terrible mattress stale room poor shower
the location was very good it had everything we needed the air con was a great addition the shower was also great. the staff was attentive always ready to help with any requests. the room was clean when i arrived the tv and kettle worked fine.
the mattress on the bed was terrible i could feel the divan beneath as the springs compressed so much. the room smelt stale like it had been smoked in previously.

Excellent Location and Clean Rooms
great comfort secure access super location nearby eatery
The location is superb near major transportation hubs. I appreciated the proximity to various eateries. The access system using codes instead of keycards felt very secure. Air conditioning in the room was a great comfort.
The stairs were a bit narrow, making it slightly challenging to carry luggage up.

Staff are friendly and helpful. They promptly addressed a room mix up with good humour. The staff member ran down the street to return a forgotten item. They are very attentive.

The location provided easy access to various transportation options. Kings cross station was only a few minutes away. the room had air conditioning, a notable amenity. the fairtrade coffee in the room was a welcome touch.

solid stay near king's cross
convenient location reasonable price great addition
the location is very convenient. it had walking distance from king's cross. the price seemed reasonable for this place. i found an ac and it was a great addition.
i noticed some areas could use attention. i found the room a bit small. the walls are thin, i could hear hallway noises.

street noise uncomfortable mattress
The location was convenient , close to transport links.
My room lacked proper soundproofing , so street noise was quite bothersome all night. The bed was also not very comfortable . I could feel the springs through the mattress , , made it difficult to sleep well.
