amazing breakfast spacious room

The room was SUPER clean. Breakfast happened in a conservatory overlooking the river. It felt particularly pleasant. the hotel restaurant serves good quality food, but the menu felt somewhat limited to me.

unpleasant odor inflexible check-in
The ensuite bathroom emitted an unpleasant odor. the cost seemed excessive for the hotel's reality. check-in time was inflexible. Arriving at 2:15 pm, i thought an early check-in attempt could have been made. the staff did not even bother to check if the room was ready, they asked no details. This was disappointing after a long drive.

riverside retreat lived up to its promise
clean room riverside location pleasant breakfast hotel grounds
Our standard double room was clean! and the location near the river was especially nice. breakfast in the conservatory overlooking the river was a highlight. It provided a lovely start to each day. the hotel grounds had plenty of space for my morning walks with my dog. Such a bonus.
The menu in the restaurant was a little more limited than i anticipated. It could use some variety.

The breakfast setup included a chef cooking omelets to order. Everything seemed freshly prepared. while the main restaurant menu presented limited choices, what they offered was well-executed. Each dish looked carefully prepared.

Our room had a king-sized bed, it was very comfortable and ensured restful nights. the bathroom included complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels! also, there were coffee and tea facilities available. Very handy for a morning or evening drink.

delicious bread spacious room soothing atmosphere
The breakfast service was great , served at the table. Dinner was great. The sourdough bread was delicious. I enjoyed a short walk by the river.
The main road over the river was a little noisy when I was outside during the day.

The hotel offers savory stacks. I found them delicious. Michelle, our server, provided excellent service. I certainly recommend the dining experience at this lovely hotel.
