THE room was spacious, boasting both a double bed and a single bed. Tea and coffee supplies were plentiful. This was a VERY nice touch. The bathroom offered a good size and a powerful shower, I REALLY enjoyed it.

The location was accessible but off the main roads. This made it quiet. Plenty of parking spaces were available, a SIGNIFICANT convenience. It's close to the university campus. Very practical indeed.

Breakfast was made to order and DELICIOUS! I could make my own toast with unlimited tea and coffee. Cereals and yogurts were also available, providing ample choice. The pub had a nice local feel. Darts and pool were available too.

The staff was friendly and gave an excellent first impression. The value for money was GREAT, and the breakfast inclusion was really good. They were very cute. It added greatly to the experience.

the ground floor room was spacious and had plenty space for my dog's crate. breakfast was great, i was able to have it early before i left. the hosts greeted me warmly, very nice.
the shower leaked more from the pipe at the bottom than it did from the shower head.

my stay includes friendly locals at the bar and several sports shown on tv. i had an excellent breakfast that included freshly cooked elements. i especially liked that the staff were friendly and helpful . it's a perfect location for traveling, easy to find and also quiet.
one minor issue appears in the form of slightly confused staffs during check-in, though it was quickly resolved.

the breakfast features fresh, quality ingredients prepared quickly, this gave a good start. several beers are on tap, i see regular changes, offering variety. the cooked breakfast was particularly delicious and satisfying.
