convenient overnight stay
equipped kitchen clean room free parking perfect location
i found a well-equipped kitchen with everything i needed. the room was spotlessly clean and spacious. there was plenty parking on-site with free parking saturday evening to monday morning. the location was perfect for kings hall which was a short walk away.
there was no elevator or information about arriving to no employees and stairs. a woman texted me about this and she was not at all polite.

the hotel has a bar connected with the hotel and it felt quirky. it offered a comfortable space and good drinks. i noted friendly, well-mannered staff in the bar and restaurant.

staff were very polite and attentive during my arrival. a friendly welcome was given when i arrived. staff were courteous and showed me where to go when i went to the wrong desk.

downstairs restaurant cute space quick bite hot water under equipped kitchen facilities
the restaurant downstairs proved really convenient for a quick bite. it was a cute space. i chose takeout to enjoy it in my room.
the kitchen sink lacked hot water which was a bit of a nuisance. also, the kitchen was quite sparsely equipped. i found only one pan available for cooking, which limited my options

adequate, but with issues
no lift inconvenient stair
the location was convenient for my needs. it was near the train station.
I wasn't happy that there was no lift. my room was on a high floor. carrying my luggage up several flights of stairs was difficult, and there was no mirror in the room, only a small one in the bathroom. It's a rather big inconvenience.

fantastic stay at unique location
convenient location lively atmosphere straightforward access great value
i found the location very convenient, near the spode museum. the cafe and restaurant had a good and lively atmosphere. i appreciated the straightforward access and the fully equipped room. it offered great value for the money i spent.
i noticed bins outside the windows. bar staff used them late at night, and it got quite loud when they were depositing bottles.

the room was spacious and clean. it had a comfy bed that allowed me to rest very well. toiletries were a bonus in the bathroom, and i appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities.

check-in was very easy and quick using the drop box on the wall. i could collect the room key without issues. the staff made sure all the necessary instructions were provided for the room. everything felt quiet and comfortable.
