I found the triple room to be perfect for my family. The staff exhibited great professionalism and attentiveness, always ensuring our needs were met during dinner and breakfast. They engaged with my boys in friendly conversations, lovely.

the staff was friendly.
The hotel contacted me about a missing cushion after i checked out. I found this insulting. they implied i stole it, without checking cctv. the room also felt overpriced given other options in the area. I was disappointed.

the food was lovely. i ate in the restaurant both evenings and enjoyed my meals. the staff were friendly and helpful even when they were really busy. parking facilities were convenient and the location allowed me to visit the giant's causeway and portrush easily.
on arrival, i was asked to confirm my breakfast order. i requested fruit but specified my allergy to kiwi and pineapple. the next morning, the young waiter seemed new and quite busy. he could not accommodate my request for fruit without kiwi.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
musty smellpoor mattress support
My room had an unpleasantly musty smell. There was no fresh drinking water provided in the room. Cleaners knocked and entered the room at 10:05 AM while I was still in bed. Checkout is at 11:00 AM so this was unacceptable. The mattress offered very little support.
