Heavenly Trastevere Haven
peaceful courtyard attentive staff members amazing location helpful staff
I found this place utterly beautiful. The courtyard has orange trees and provides a peaceful area for breakfast. The location is amazing. It is close to many restaurants. I walked to almost all tourist sites. The staff members were really helpful and attentive.
The room have a slight noise from nearby street activity sometimes but it usually quieted down late at night.

Breakfast included a lovely selection of pastries and fresh fruit. The coffee machine prepares delicious cappuccinos and espressos. Tables are available both indoors and in the beautiful courtyard beneath the orange trees.

rude attendant flight delay
the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast buffet is diverse and the cappuccinos are creatively done.
The overnight desk attendant was very rude. our flight got delayed 3 hours. i asked to change our transport and the guy acted like it was my fault we got delayed. I found this upsetting.

The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. I enjoyed the beautiful courtyard with fruit trees offering a relaxing space. Restaurant recommendations and transportation options were offered, showing great attention. The secure gate added peace of mind to this unique location.
The mattress firmness was not to my liking. It impacted my sleep quality . I hope this can be improved . A more comfortable mattress could enhance the overall experience.
