The location suited my needs. The pub downstairs was convenient. I had a GOOD night's sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The stairs leading up to the room posed a bit of a struggle. The small tv had limited channels. Cables were on show BEHIND the tv.

The staff were polite and friendly. the location was convenient. It was close to the city centre. my room was clean. the check-in process was easy too.
the stairs were a bit of a struggle. i think some cables were on show by the television. the tv was also a small 19 inch model.

The team's communication was excellent regarding my arrival! I found a cozy pub downstairs. The location is central, yet the area remained quiet throughout the night. This made it my top accommodation choice.
The stairs to my room presented a small challenge after a long day.

small tv steep stairs
i found a few things not so great. the stairs reminded me of a climb, especially after walking around all day. the tv in the room was quite small and the selection of channels left something to be desired. i think some tlc is needed for the room.

great ales ideal location clear explanation
The pub downstairs had a great selection of ales at a reasonable price. The location was ideal for my needs in the area I wanted to stay. The team member explained the location of my room and how to enter the hotel after hours upon arrival.
The small television had only a few channels. Cables were visible behind it.

A well-stocked bar exists downstairs. It provides convenient access to beverages and a social atmosphere. The pub had a good selection of ales, which are available at reasonable prices . It creates a unique and comfortable environment for dining and relaxation.

a very average stay, honestly
the staff was friendly. it was the only good point.
the room was really small. i booked a superior double room, but it felt smaller than any room i have ever seen. it was very frustrating!
