inadequate storageconstant traffic

the room felt smaller than expected. though nicely decorated, it lacked adequate storage. there was only one bedside table. (it was quite inconvenient). there were also no drinking glasses initially, and i had to request them from the bar. the traffic noise from the main road was constant, even with the windows closed. breakfast was an additional charge, and paying extra for juice felt excessive.

the staff were helpful and attentive the food was great both dinner and breakfast were good the location is good for anyone happy to be away from a busy city centre with nice comfortable rooms the breakfast is great value and the poached eggs were perfect the bus outside costs £2 fare to travel to another location

the bathroom needed a good clean there was lots of mold on the tiles and shower tray it was generally grubby elsewhere

the location was convenient for using public transportation to get around. the staff were friendly enough.

my room was not very clean i found hair on the shower wall. i almost stepped on a piece of broken beer bottle that had not been cleaned i also smelled sewage. the balcony had not been swept it was dirty it needed a jet wash.
