the staff was helpful. the location is near the subway. breakfast included tasty options, i especially liked the barista coffee.

The air conditioning barely kept the room cool. A refurbishment is needed.

The location is SUPER convenient because it is close to the metro. I found it very easy to get around the city. The pool area was so relaxing and enjoyable. I also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. They really assisted me with directions.

The breakfast selection could have used a bit MORE variety.

The breakfast was good and staffs in the restaurant gave a cute atmosphere. I found it really easy to access the hotel via underground train. The room was very nice and clean.

It would be much better, if there is a tissue box in the room. I had to use the toilet paper for other things.
