Really good stay
helpful receptionist excellent service great restaurants
The receptionists Marco and Farid were very helpful they were always ready to assist with anything i needed. The restaurant staff were also very polite and attentive they provided excellent service during meals. The location proves excellent it is close to many great restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets.
The room had little furniture and the fridge was too small.

poor service ineffective solution
the breakfast service was not up to par. staff seemed more interested in themselves than tending to guests. i also had issues with the air conditioning. i was told to just turn it off and wait, a solution that didn't actually fix anything (and frankly, it was like a brush-off).

decent stay, some issues
slow check-in strange toilet
The check-in process was not smooth. i arrived early, around 11:30 am, and asked about checking in early. the receptionist seemed unsure and did not offer to check room availability promptly. i felt i had to suggest she check. the toilet also had a strange issue. It continued to run after each flush unless i pressed the smaller button (it was very strange indeed).
