I was very grateful for the helpful staff and the spacious facilities. The junior suite had good features. I appreciated the complimentary coffee, bottled water, and sweets provided. The bed was comfortable and I slept well (a comfortable bed is essential!).

I found the restaurant food below par, so I didn't eat there more than once.

The pool had great, clean and spacious features which I fully used. It was a highlight of my stay. The location provides easy access to a tram stop. The tram ride to the central train station takes only two stops.

The room was quiet, with air conditioning and a window that could be opened (I love fresh air). The bathroom offered a big bathtub with a good overhead shower. Body wash and moisturiser were available, nice to have.

Breakfast included a wide variety of items, including made-to-order waffles and omelettes. The hotel's suite offered access to the lounge, with happy hour with wine, beers, and snacks. I liked this amenity very much.

I enjoyed the pool and sauna facilities, they provided relaxation. Half board menu exceeded my expectations. The staff remained attentive, discreet and accommodating. I really appreciated the convenient access to the park, it was a lovely bonus.

I found there was a little wait for food at times, but it was very slight.

The room was spacious with stylish decorations and felt modern! There were two comfortable seats, a handy desk, and ample room for two people. Beds were supportive for our backs, and the pillows were very plush. The staff were helpful and polite, even the cleaners and waiters. The breakfast had many options.

The vacuuming early in the morning was a little disturbing!
