The room was very clean, and the lifts were fast. I received a call from reception at 12 noon. It wasn't for checkout. They asked if my wife needed a late checkout because she had been unwell. This was a REALLY endearing moment.

The billing system needs improvement. I found unnecessary food bills added at checkout.

the lifts were fast. the night staff offered assistance when my wife was unwell. they offered to call a doctor. they considered taking her to the hospital.

the bedsheets did not smell particularly fresh. there was a slight moldy smell in one of our rooms. housekeeping sprayed fragrance, but it was not a perfect solution.
