Subpar Experience, Issues with Facilities and Communication
pool closurecash deposit
The gym and pool were closed, but I only discovered this upon arrival. the hotel requested a deposit, and they did not accept digital payment methods. I was forced to give a cash deposit instead.

The rooms are spacious , and the bathroom had a good size. I appreciated that a washing machine was available in the room. Its distance to the Bukit Bintang area is good.
The hotel pool is nice and big , but the hotel maintenance could be improved. I noted a lack of interest from the staff. The lounge bar seemed rather poor.

Amazing Suite, amazing stay!

The suite view WAS really good! I saved a lot of time with the washing and dryer machine in the bathroom. I would say this was the best feature. The location is amazing. It is 10 minutes walking to Pavilion. The pool is SO fine, i enjoyed it a lot.
The breakfast was very limited (i was hoping for a larger variety of food).

The suite was super spacious with a city skyline view. I found the washing and dryer machine very useful (it saved me a lot of time!). There were complimentary bottles of water daily, a great touch.

The supporting staff were very helpful and friendly. The check-in was fast, and any requests were handled quickly. I was impressed with the staff's helpfulness, as they were always available to help me with my requests.

The pool is fine and clean, it is perfect for relaxation. The gym has modern equipment for a full workout. I liked how well kept these facilities were, it added to the experience.

The breakfast offers both Asian and Western options (especially good pancakes!). The service was fast and the food was tasty. The breakfast area was clean and well organized, the staff ensured it was always well stocked.

the apartment had a modern kitchenette and a spacious lounge. the walk-in wardrobe in the main bedroom was a great feature. daily housekeeping kept everything very clean.
the check-in process took a considerable amount of time. i stayed on the 35th floor and experienced noticeable shaking, the front desk acknowledged but took no action. the playground facilities are not free for hotel guests, there is an extra charge.
