This system seemed motivated by greed, prioritizing locals and gym users over hotel guests. I also faced a £19 daily charge for parking, even after paying for the room. It felt wrong to pay extra for driving my car. This.

lovely stay
kind staff efficient concierge
The staff showed kindness, i especially appreciated frank the concierge. He arranged to take our luggage from our car to our room. janet at reception was helpful. our room was beautiful. One hand towel had marks, however it was replaced immediately upon request. the club lounge was fantastic with canapés between 5-7pm. the bar staff were great, the swimming pool spa area was again lovely.
the long mirror in the room seemed strangely located, as the tv and desk blocked a full view. i think it could have been better placed.

the room featured soft pillows and sufficient lighting, which i found particularly useful. the bed had fresh linens, and the climate control maintained a comfortable temperature. it included two complimentary water bottles and tea and coffee making facilities.

The staff was friendly, and the kids got ice cream. a passport for the kids was a very nice touch. the location was also convenient for getting around. There were lots of options.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was happy they accommodated my preference for a room on the first floor. A complimentary bottle of water and chocolate was a nice touch.
The room lacked a fridge. The bathroom did not seem upgraded recently. The shower had low water pressure and the sink plugs stuck often..

The king bed was very comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities were available. I found the gym and pool area to be fantastic. Staff members were friendly.
The hotel parking cost £19 a day. I think this should be free.

helpful staff many choices fantastic pool
the location was great. breakfast had many choices and the staff were helpful. the pool was fantastic, my little one love swim. every member of staff where excellent and nothing was too much effort.
the hotel could use some updating.
