Very nice Anniversary Getaway!

special touchessafe diningdog friendly
Our anniversary break was just perfect! The staff paid close attention to my allergies and adapted my meals. Dan even created a cocktail for me and named it, I felt very special.
The hotel is dog-friendly now, and I have a fear of dogs. I worry about encountering dogs in the rooms, restaurants, and other shared spaces.

adequate stay, some minor issues

professional staffdaily housekeepingstained curtainsfaulty shower
The staff was professional and accommodating. ellie was kind and pleasant to talk to. the breakfast staff remembered my preferences and nothing was too much trouble. the housekeeping refreshed the room daily. It was probably the best i have experienced.
The room felt really disappointing. there were stains on the curtains and lampshades. the shower was faulty. plastic rose petals were under the bed. These clearly didn't belong to us.

Really good Service and Beautiful Surroundings

professional staffkind receptionistsuper clean roomexcellent massage
The staff were professional. Ellie checked us in and was very kind. Breakfast service was great as staff remembered preferences. Housekeeping kept the room super clean daily and noticed details like oat milk and started leaving a small oat milk jug in the fridge. Carol provided one of the best massages I've ever experienced during my travels. Lisa was also an excellent and kind spa therapist.
