plush stay
professional stafffurnished roomcomfortable bed
the hotel is lovely and very plush. the front desk staff were very professional. rooms were well furnished with many hot drink options, free water and robes. shower gels, shampoos, and conditioners were all provided. the bed was very comfortable and spacious. towels provided were a superb size.
the car park isn't very big and i had to park on a kerb.

the staff were helpful, providing everything needed quickly. breakfast was amazing!!! my cup was always full with tea or coffee. i was talking to the staff, and nothing was too much trouble for them.

The room included Balmain toiletries. These got restocked daily.
The menu offered few options. I found it unsuitable for children. Noise permeated through the walls constantly. It sounded like living in a removals firm (imagine!), and I could hear every conversation. When I complained at reception, the staff dismissed my concerns.
