The room was not properly soundproofed. I could hear a lot of noise from outside. also, the breakfast room wasn't well ventilated. the smell from the fried egg station permeated the whole area. It was not pleasant.

the room was not as clean as i expected. i noticed stains on the curtains and what looked like old bloodstains on the bed covers. the in-room phone also did not work. i had to go down to reception late at night just to get tea, and i reported the phone issue but nothing happened.

I appreciated the option to have eggs cooked to order. the underground parking was very convenient, especially given its direct access to the hotel. the location was easily walkable to the city center near the river, but the hotel was a little far from the train station
