The location impressed me. It was near the main square. The wine hour was great (a nice touch!). Breakfast was good. The staff seemed very friendly.
The hotel doesn't sell water and there's no mini fridge in rooms.

the staff was competent (i thought they were very helpful). i also found a nice coffee selection in the room.
the room was not soundproofed adequately. i was awake between 2am and 4am because of loud music and shouting outside the hotel. breakfast started at 8am and that was too late for me to have it before going to my sports event.
