cramped room overwhelmed staff
The design was alright. It's what i expected.
My 'cosy' room felt more cramped than cosy. there wasn't much space to move around, and my suitcase barely fit. also. the breakfast was a mess. I waited ages for my order, and the staff seemed completely overwhelmed. it was chaos.

friendly staff good food unique style
the staff was friendly and cute. the food was very good including the coffee and cocktails. the hotel style was unique from the lobby to the lounge to the rooms.
the hotel is not central to tourist attractions it is a bit outside the main area.

Excellent Stay Near Borghese
beautiful design comfortable bed modern hotel
The hotel design is beautiful. Our bed and sheets felt comfortable and clean. The hotel looks modern. The location is near Borghese Gallery (it's about ten minutes). I found this very convenient for a visit (it was a must-see for me).
The room we stayed in had sound issues. We could hear everything happening in adjacent rooms. The hotel should address this to improve privacy .

Our room was bigger than expected. It provided ample space for us. The bathroom had good lighting and modern fixtures. The tea pot in the room was a great addition.

Breakfast offers a menu with tasty choices. The coffee was especially good (I really needed it). The cocktails in the evening created a pleasant atmosphere. It made our evenings very enjoyable.

The staff were generally polite. Francesco were really good too assist us. He helped us plan a day trip to Florence. His help.

some issues during stay
slow service short curtain
the breakfast was a problem. it was quite expensive but the service was slow. staff didn't seem to care. also, the shower had only a short curtain, and this made the bathroom a pool after each shower. it was inconvenient and not what i expected.

Mixed Feelings about This Spot
no luggage assistance inconvenient location
The bar area looked nice.
I was disappointed that they do not assist with luggage. After many travels, this is the first hotel that told me they do not help with luggage. The location is not convenient to the landmarks in the area, but the neighborhood is quiet.
