the hotel is close to the train station, a two minute walk. the airport shuttle WAS convenient for me.

the bar didn't have ice SO I couldn't get the drink i wanted.

The hotel had a convenient airport shuttle service which SAVED me taxi fees. Breakfast included many options and the staff was friendly. The train station was very close and it made trips to Venice easy. The rooms were clean so i rested well.

The phone in my room didn't work, so i had to go to reception for queries. This WAS inconvenient and should be fixed.

The airport shuttle runs regularly and IS very helpful. A bar and dining room are onsite and both have good service. The train station is just a short walk away and this made travel easy.

The staff offered assistance with directions to Venice and travel tips. They seemed knowledgeable about the local area. Front desk staff spoke English very well. EVERYONE was helpful.
