Charming stay in a PERFECT location

The location was indeed perfect, nestled between St Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. It made walking to all attractions very easy without being in the busiest areas. The team contacted me through WhatsApp even before arrival, a thoughtful gesture. Any questions received prompt, clear answers.

The room became unbelievably hot at night, even though it was winter, not ideal. The radiator was constantly heating the room. It was impossible to switch it off. mosquitoes filled the room because the windows were open upon arrival.

Breakfast offered ample choice and fresh ingredients, which I FOUND good. The friendly service made mornings particularly enjoyable, so I looked forward to starting each day there. It was AMAZING!!!

The room was quite spacious, much more so than anticipated for a city hotel. Daily cleaning kept the room tidy and fresh towels were provided. It created a wonderfully clean environment.

My room, a superior double or twin room, faced an inner courtyard. this resulted in a rather dark and stuffy atmosphere (i really needed more natural light). also, i found the breakfast selection a little underwhelming. the pastries seemed stale and the fruit wasn't particularly fresh. the coffee machine was frequently out of order too. It made mornings a bit frustrating.

the breakfast had a good variety it was fresh. the staff were friendly they answered all questions. the hotel is in a perfect area with restaurants. the room was clean it was well appointed.

it was unbelievably hot in the room the noise was a lot. the doors are thin. the bed was pretty terrible i could feel the springs.
