prime spotfriendly staff
The location is fantastic. It is a short walk from the Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square. I found many restaurants in the area, a lovely place indeed. The rooftop terrace had blankets for cooler evenings. It provided a nice touch. I had a water taxi to Murano to one of the glass factories.
I woke up with mosquito bites. I didn't open the windows .

a tender getaway
amazing shoppingfriendly staffnice barhelpful alternative
i found the shopping and food nearby to be amazing. the staff offered excellent recommendations for restaurants just a short distance away. the hotel featured friendly staff, and the bar was a nice touch for pre-dinner drinks. i HOPE to return AGAIN one day.
the hotel suggested a private service for transportation, BUT a public water ferry runs directly to the hotel. it WOULD have been helpful to know this alternative option.

my room was quite clean, and housekeeping services happened daily, which i found useful. i noticed the room had a good size, which helped with comfort. the bathroom also had ample space.

the location is VERY close to the rialto bridge, just a short walk away. this makes it easy to explore many attractions. a vaporetto stop is nearby, WHICH provides convenient access to different parts of the city.

the staff members were professional and always ready to assist with any requests. daniel, at the rooftop bar, ensured guests felt welcomed and valued. they were responsive to all needs, which i deeply APPRECIATED.

The location is superb for exploration. staff members were attentive and helpful. the rooftop terrace boasts amazing views. I spent so much time there.
The shower drain was a bit slow causing minor water pooling. Not a huge deal though
