excellent venetian experience
boat service late evening excellent drinks
the free boat service to san marco ran frequently until late each evening. the blue bar offered excellent drinks. i particularly enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere that the building provided.

A nice experience.
complimentary shuttle helpful staff
The complimentary shuttle boat proved a bonus! The staff at the shuttle were helpful, as were the boat drivers. The heated pool was very large. There were towels provided and a lifeguard on duty.

free shuttle traditional hotel attentive manager
i enjoyed the location near the beach and the convenient free shuttle. the general manager, mr brito, took time for his guests, a nice touch. the hotel had a traditional feel that i found very appealing. my granddaughter loved it too, a wonderful trip.
The service in the rooms needed improvement. We had to ask for tea and coffee refills repeatedly.

decent location, some issues
slow elevators dated decor
the location was good (right by the beach).
The front desk seemed understaffed. the elevators were also slow. There were only two elevators serving many rooms, and i waited several minutes each time. the room decor felt dated, especially considering the price.

Excellent stay
boat shuttle food selection relaxing spot
I appreciated the complimentary boat shuttle to Venice. It made accessing the city very convenient and easy. The breakfast was excellent. There was a wonderful selection of foods available. The pool area was amazing. It provided a perfect spot to relax after exploring Venice.
The elevators seemed slow. At times, waiting felt excessive during peak hours.

Breakfast included a wide variety of pastries, fruits, cheeses, and hot dishes. A chef prepared coffee to order. The quality was high, and the selection plentiful. It set a positive tone for the day.

The room had venetian glass adornments and classic furnishings, it offered harmonious colors and a comfortable bed. The sea view provided a serene backdrop. The room provided a blend of vintage charm and modern comfort.

The staff, without exception, was kind, professional, and accommodating. Each person greeted guests with a genuine smile. The concierge and boat service teams were particularly helpful. Their attentiveness enhanced the overall stay.

The pool area included a large heated pool and a lifeguard on duty. Towels were readily available. The hotel offered a private dock for convenient boat access. These facilities were well-kept.
