Excellent Stay Near Public Transportation
spacious room early check-in quality conditioner dietary options
The rooms were spacious and clean. Early check-in was accommodated. The provided soap and hair conditioner were of good quality. Breakfast included new dishes daily and offered options for various dietary preferences. The coffee was very good, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the bus station, the tramway T5 line, and the Ayvansaray ferry stop.
The room service was a bit slow when I requested water bottles.

The hotel is very near the bus and tram lines, only a minute's walk away. One bus goes directly to Taksim Square, and the tram line travels straight to Eminonu. This location offered a peaceful escape from the city's hustle.

The rooms were spacious, and every day the staff cleaned and tidied the apartment. The bathroom and bed were lovely. The rooms provided important details for me, such as the lighting and colors used.

Breakfast included many options from the buffet, and it was possible to order dishes such as omelets and pancakes. The breakfast place is very comfortable. The food quality is excellent. New dishes were available every day.

The staff was professional and helpful and knew how to. Every staff member greeted us with a smile, even outside the hotel. The reception team was respectful, helpful, and cheerful.

The hotel has a restaurant on the second floor. There is an inside smoking area. The hotel also has a spa. I found it relaxing. Services are readily available when needed.

Amazing Hotel Experience!
helpful staff massive choice
The staff were amazingly helpful and cute! Breakfast had a massive choice of delicious items, I ate there twice in the evening and was very pleased with the food and level of service. The hotel is moments away from the tram stop, this took me right into the city center.
The spa was barely functioning and the receptionist was unfriendly. It seems more like a 3+, 4 star hotel at this stage.

The location is excellent, offering convenient access to various points of interest. There is a tram stop moments away from the hotel. It makes traveling simple. Green areas overlooking the river are also very close to the premises.
Facilities

The hotel boasts a good spa center, it features a jacuzzi, a wet sauna, massage options and a fitness room. The fitness room has modern equipment and sufficient space for a complete workout. Free parking is another big plus.
