The staff members were very helpful . I thank them for their service. The location was ideal for visiting many attractions. The breakfast offered a good variety, it was satisfying.
The air conditioning temperature was centrally controlled. I was unable to adjust it in the room.

i found the staff to be helpful. ahmed the bellboy was particularly excellent and consistently greeted me with a smile. he answered all my questions thoughtfully. melika and hayati also helped me . i also appreciated the room's decent condition and the shower had great water pressure and hot water.
The ac was not working . this. I was not offered another room.

the location was excellent. it was a short walk to the blue mosque and hagia sophia, about ten minutes. the cankurtaran tram station was also nearby.

The restaurant offered many choices. I enjoyed the breakfast . The location near the sea is hard to beat. I especially appreciated how close it was to the attractions near Sultan Ahmed. It made sightseeing quite easy.
The AC control was locked to 20 degrees, so keeping the room cool during the afternoon required keeping the blinds closed. It was slightly inconvenient.

My room had a really nice bathroom. The room also included a wonderful sea view. The rooms were also very clean. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job daily.

The staff here was great. They were polite and helpful. The reception chief, Cebrail, and Melike hanim were very attentive to guest needs. They provided care and attention that created an atmosphere of comfort.
