Fantastic Location, Perfect Service!

The hotel is very close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia, a definite plus! Staff members like Ufuk, Imir, and Eran were especially helpful. They kept the place so lively and clean, a great experience overall! The rooms received daily cleaning and tidying. The staff ensured any misplaced items were safely kept aside. This is a place I want to visit again!

The breakfast setup was well-organized and ready each morning! Staff were available to assist with any needs, which I appreciated. Kaan at the coffee shop made amazing Mochas anytime I needed a drink. I just loved it!

Our room faced the front of the hotel. It featured a balcony overlooking the main street. We requested a room change to accommodate a prayer mat. Reception promptly provided a room with a Juliet balcony and French doors. The room included a spacious seating area and a large walk-in shower!

The hotel is close to main attractions. The location was great for exploring local sights. Breakfast offered a nice selection (I enjoyed the fresh pastries). The staff provided helpful advice about local attractions.
The room's soundproofing could be better. I could hear noise from the hallway. Some of the furniture showed signs of wear. The gym was small, with limited equipment.

The location was great, very close to main attractions. I easily walked to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The rooms were equipped well. I found the beds comfortable (a crucial point for good rest).
The room was not soundproofed well. I could hear water running in surrounding rooms. I even heard a neighbor snoring (this was very inconvenient). The cleaning staff removed some pillows without asking first.
