An Impeccably Maintained Retreat

The room included a spacious veranda that overlooked the mountains behind the hotel. The pool area was perfectly kept, with staff servicing the area throughout the day. The breakfast and dinner options were excellent. The service team was really good too. I particularly enjoyed the live music a few evenings.
I noticed high costs on the bill upon checkout, and there was no itemized breakdown. Individual receipts revealed some added items. It seems that this was a deliberate attempt to overcharge, and it was not well-received.

the staff at the pool area was attentive. they maintained it perfectly. the food at both breakfast and dinner was satisfactory. an excellent team served it.
the room was dim, even during the day. the lighting was insufficient. there was also a noticeable damp smell in the room. it made sleeping difficult.

the gardens were well kept with beautiful trees and flowers. the grounds were also very peaceful.
The room was dark even in daylight. Poor lighting made it difficult to see. there was a smell of damp. I couldn't sleep well. the remote location meant i had to pull my suitcase on the cobblestone winding paths myself.
