I appreciated that the location was very close to two metro stations on different lines. the staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave directions. the breakfast had an eggs option and was a nice start to the day.
I found that the hotel didn't provide wash cloths, only large drying towels. i had to pack my own cloths for bathing. It was inconvenient.

the standard double room included necessary amenities, it felt spacious. the bed had clean linens, it. the bathroom fixtures were modern, we loved the shower.

The front desk staff was helpful with directions. They provided maps. breakfast service was prompt, though limited in options. the staff always smiled. It helped a lot.

The breakfast offered boiled eggs each morning along with bread and jam. additional egg options, like omelets, were available but required a special request. seating was adequate. It never felt too crowded.

we enjoyed the hotel location. it was very central and close to many attractions. the bathroom size was perfect for us. the staff was kind and helpful.
the room had an unpleasant old smell. the atmosphere felt uncomfortable because of this. the main heating was not working. an extra electric radiator worked for just a few hours before failing.
