the hotel location worked well for me. it is right in the center of everything. the hotel offered free transfers from the train station (a lovely touch, i must say). i found the staff friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
the room lacked air conditioning, so it became a bit warm at times. this was only a minor inconvenience, honestly.

the breakfast buffet had a good variety and tasty options. i especially liked the egg cooker (it was new for me!). the restaurant staff were attentive during both dinner and breakfast.

The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. I appreciated the complimentary transport from and to the train station. Breakfast offered a good variety of options. The location was ideal, very close to the city center and the ski lift and cable car.
The beds were a bit too firm for my liking.

The hotel sits right in the town center. This makes exploring the area easy. The funicular to Piz Nair is also nearby, just a short walk from the hotel, very convenient.

The lack of air conditioning was noticeable. The room felt a bit warm.
