comfortable bed open windows lovely location no elevator heavy bags no service
the bed was supremely comfortable. i liked being able to open windows to hear outside noises. a lovely location it was.
there were no elevators and i was on the third floor. it wasn't fun with heavy bags. no services were available to me .

clean room superb location loud music rude staff
the room was clean , and the location was superb. i really liked how close i was to everything , it made getting around so easy.
the music from reception was loud , and it seemed constant. i asked them to turn it down , but the night staff were rude about it and mentioned it was centrally connected to the bar area , which was not helpful.

I found the complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby a great touch. the location was excellent. It was quiet, yet super central. i appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel. the room was very clean.

charming guesthouse, super helpful staff
helpful receptionist fantastic location cute staff
the receptionist was helpful. the location was fantastic. front desk staff were SO nice and cute. vanessa was always available for any questions i had.
the arrangement with number codes on doors did not feel secure. the door to outside was open most of the time. the security lock on the door from the restaurant to rooms upstairs was not in use.
