I encountered some problems . the breakfast buffet lacked variety and the quality was subpar. i found the coffee undrinkable, akin to dishwater. the room service was slow. The food arrived cold.

impolite staffslow service
The staff mostly ignored guests entering or leaving (this felt a bit impolite). I ate dinner at the hotel one evening and waited ten minutes to be seated, even though the restaurant was almost empty. I waited another ten minutes after being seated but no one came to take my order, so I left.

the rooms where clean and the air conditioning was functional. breakfast provided a good choice of items even if some was average quality.
only one room key was provided for two people, this was inconvenient.
