The staff helped with parking. Breakfast included a variety of cheeses. they served eggs. The family suite included two rooms. It was a good option for us. I found these features very practical. The hotel's proximity to Praça Marquês de Pombal was useful. The metro station and restaurants were close, a relaxed walk away. I liked that the staff were responsive and helpful to all our needs. This place offered vegan travel kits for early breakfasts , a thoughtful touch. The team was both professional and friendly. I appreciated this detail.
The location, being near a subway, resulted in unwanted noise at night, disrupting sleep.

I appreciated the balcony attached to my room. The room size was also good, providing ample space to move around. The bathroom was a good size too.
The hotel was not easy to find at first.

the staff was attentive. breakfast was also nice with a good variety of options available. i found it all pleasant and appreciated the service. it made the start to each day much better.
the air conditioning in my room did not work well. it was difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. this affected my sleep quality during the nights of my stay and i needed to report this issue
