FANTASTIC hotel experience

I loved the staff. They were very polite and cute from check-in to check-out! My room upgrade was a good surprise. The hotel facilities ARE great, and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Dinner at the restaurant Raimundo was also delicious.
The gym appears to be used by non-hotel guests, a little inconvenient.

This location is excellent, placing it only a quick twenty-minute drive from Lisbon's vibrant center and a short five-minute drive to the beach. I found Uber services to be both affordable and readily available for easy transport.

Parking access is convenient, located right in front of the hotel entrance! The breakfast buffet offered a massive choice of items each morning. A regular free shuttle bus runs into Caparica.

The rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious with good sized balconies offering views of the sunlight and sea! The beds are excellent offering amazing comfort. My room had a sea view and a large balcony.

The breakfast was great, and my sister-in-law is still raving about it! Cocktails at the bar are a MUST, and don't miss the really good breakfast. Breakfast and dinner were perfect.

The reception and restaurant staff were friendly and very helpful, and always ready to help. The staff were really good in making this birthday nice and special! All staff were very polite and cute.

our room, the 'premium king room balcony', was nothing to write home about. the balcony faced a wall, i kid you not. also, the mini-bar was empty. i mean, completely empty. what's the point?

the location was ok, JUST a twenty minute drive to lisbon USING uber.
i HAD problems with the room's air conditioning. it BROKE down on the first night, and it WASNT fixed until the next day. also, i FOUND the breakfast service to be subpar. THE food selection was limited, and the quality was questionable

I enjoyed the friendly service. The staff was so AMAZING. I had been in the hospital before my stay. All the staff took great care of me and asked after me several times. The facility was very clean, and the rooms had everything i needed for a comfortable stay.
Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant is poor. The food quality and presentation were just horrible for the rate of this hotel. there is no soundproofing in the rooms. We could hear people taking a shower in the next room.
