I found the staff to be very cute upon arrival. The lobby area has a lovely design. Welcome cakes were a pleasant surprise and tasted delicious.
The regular and decaf coffee provided were limited to just one of each per day.

Check-in was seamless and quick. My room was clean with a nice updated bathroom (I really liked the shower!). I requested and received a double bed, complete with two bedside tables. The room was cleaned well daily, appreciated. Luggage storage was very organized, and I could securely drop off my bags before exploring.
The younger staff members seemed a bit distant. A smile could enhance the guest experience.

The hotel is near a metro station for easy transport. There are decent restaurants nearby. The location is close to the El Corte Ingles mall and a supermarket, providing many options for dining and shopping.

The staff was helpful (especially Carolina at check-in). They even found my wallet that I had left. The luggage storage was run well. I could explore freely before my room was ready, and I felt really safe leaving my stuff there.
