The staff provided a tour map. It proved quite helpful.
The bathroom cleanliness was unacceptable. I found the toilet bowl soiled from previous guests. remnants of prior occupants remained in the shower. An unpleasant odor permeated the room.

the staff was very kind and helpful (i really appreciated their recommendations).
the room i booked didn't include a separate bathroom, a major inconvenience at night. the shower head was faulty, it barely sprinkled water. additionally, a constant dripping noise (perhaps from the air conditioner) disturbed my sleep, it persisted until morning.
