thin mattress flat pillows
Our family room was a let down. the beds mattress were super thin i swear. pillows was also flat, giving no support. the tv in the room barely worked. Kept losing signal, so watching anything was a headache.

unexpected gem
ground floor ample space great location
the ground floor room was excellent, offering ample space. plenty of things for the children kept them occupied. i loved the location, near both the swimming area and the pleasure beach, and it was all SO clean.
the floor in the room was manky, i noticed. the wooden floor was broken in a few bits. It COULD use renewal.

the family room had comfy beds. decor NEEDED a little modernizing, but was okay. the value for money made up for any minor issues.

breakfast was plentiful and tasty, according to other guests. i did not eat there BECAUSE of alternative plans. guests said they enjoyed the food options a lot.

the location is fab, only five minutes from pleasure beach. the water park IS close too. the beach is just over the road, very convenient.

many options friendly staff helpful staff
the breakfast had many options if you don't want a full english breakfast. the staff are very accommodating if you want to take off or change what you want on your breakfast. the staff are friendly and helpful , which i liked a lot.
the shower was n't powerful enough.

south pier friendly staff nice bar hot room room radiator
The location is fab. It is only minutes away from the south pier. the bar was nice. staff were also very friendly.
the room radiator was on and i could not turn it off. the heat in the room was horrendous it was the only thing that let the stay down though which is a shame.
