I loved the honesty bar. It had a great selection of drinks (beer, cider, spirits). the self-serve system felt really personal. the owners maintained the super clean condition of the hotel throughout our stay. the smart tv with qr code login was convenient for netflix and amazon prime access.
the on-site parking required handing over car keys, a practice that felt a little unusual, though i understand the need for efficient space management.

the owners communicated effectively via text prior to arrival. they confirmed extra bed arrangements and provided a welcome message (a very thoughtful touch). their friendly and approachable nature.

i loved how clean everything was the bed felt super comfy i really appreciated the great location it made exploring so easy also the hosts were so friendly and helpful making my stay even better they gave awesome tips i'll definitely return
the only tiny issue was the wifi signal it was a bit weak sometimes but honestly that didn't bother me too much everything else was perfect

the room was lovely and very clean. the bed provided great sleep across my stay. free parking existed. it was a big bonus indeed.
the kettle was a bit aged, i saw scale inside it. it looked like it needed replacement. breakfast service was adjusted due to a few guests, only tinned fruit was available.

a lovely stay by the sea

kath and rich were amazing hosts. the house was beautiful and our room was large and very comfortable. a nice shared lounge was available, it had a pool table and honesty bar. the location was only a few minutes walk to south pier and sea front, great. i loved my time there and i want to stay again next year.
i decided to book a two night stay after seeing so many good reviews. our room was very disappointing, it was room 10. the headboard was heavily stained and the quilt had a sizable patch of blood. really, these things just aren't acceptable.

kath and rick, they are very friendly owners. they are very cute. the room had lots of storage space. it included a wardrobe. it also had drawers. the hotel location is great. its 5 mins from the beach.
i saw many good reviews. room 10 was very disappointing. the headboard was heavily stained. the quilt had a sizable blood patch. the kettle looked broken too. it looked like it was taken from a skip.
