The hotel's location allowed easy access to many cafes and restaurants. Public transportation was also nearby. The room included a safe.
The hotel has no lobby to sit down and drink a coffee.

Self check-in was excellent for me. i had to arrive very late, and the process plus instructions were clear and easy. it was a great experience and removed all stress from what had been a very stressful day! the staff was very friendly and helpful. Early check-in was allowed. also, the room was very clean.
there was no kettle in my room. apparently, you have to ask! i have never, ever had to ask in a four-star hotel.

this lovely hotel is in the centre, not far from the opera house. it's within easy walking distance of the main town. it is easily accessible from the main station via a local train or tram.
