I found the location convenient, very close to the metro and tram lines. The hotel lobby features beautiful architecture. Breakfast offered a great variety, with many choices available. The staff was pleasant.
The cleaning service didn't replenish shampoo or tissues one day. I reported it, requesting the items be left at the door. This small request was unfortunately not fulfilled.

The location was indeed excellent for sightseeing. I found the closeness to metro and bus routes very convenient for getting around. The staff displayed excellent english skills, and they were also helpful. Breakfast included a good choice of items. I especially liked the fresh fruit.
